Arbitration disputes

Due to the increasing number of incoming questions concerning inconsistencies in coding rules of diagnosis and medical procedures as well as disallowance of hospitalisation cases by health insurance companies.

CKS DRG designed feedback survey: requests in form of "arbitration disputes".

Obtained requests will be processed by CKS DRG team who will provide its opinion and will introduce working group of coding rules.

Finally, it is important to note that CKS DRG is working on legislative change so the relevant documents that are issued regularly by CKS DRG will become legally obligatory.
