Update on the creation and uploading of DRG benefits for 2023

Please be advised that there has been an update:

• XSD schema for the annual benefit. The update concerns the correction of the maximum number of sns elements. The updated schema is available here: xsd_schema_v_2-7-1
• Annual Benefit Dialers. The update concerns a correction to the SND codebook. The update of the dials is available here: ciselniky_v_2-7-1

CKS DRG issues guidance on cost budgeting of indirect cost centers. The costs of indirect cost centres are budgeted as follows in the "CKS data interface for collecting data from inpatient healthcare providers included in the DRG financing system" in ch.3.2.5 PHC - MEDICAL PRACTICES:

• costs of indirect medical cost centres shall be charged to SND7d Medical infrastructure costs - Services and other costs
• the costs of indirect non-medical cost centres shall be charged to SND8d Non-medical infrastructure costs - Services and other costs

We would also like to inform you that the benefits administration portal will be made available from 1.3.2024.

The deadline for submission of annual benefits is in accordance with Act 578/2004 Coll. until 30.4.2024.
