Updated DR274e documents:

DR274e comes into force on 1 January 2025. Healthcare providers will report healthcare provided under this data interface for the first time for January 2025.

  • Correction and add-on benefits for periods prior to the DR274e effective date will be reported by inpatient healthcare providers according to the DR274e data interface from and including 1.2.2025.

  • When the PHCP has contractually agreed with the EP to report the UHC through DR274e, the PHCP shall report the UHC for the first time for the period following the contractual effective date. For corrective and additive benefits for periods prior to the contractual effective date, the PHPP shall use DR753 reporting.
